Fisherman’s Wharf is bustling.
The waterfront neighborhood is having its strongest start to a year since 2019, according to newly released data from the Fisherman’s Wharf Community Benefit District, a nonprofit that advocates for area business and property owners.
Fisherman’s Wharf crossed 1 million visitors last month for the first time since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Foot traffic during the first quarter of this year was up 11.4% over the same time last year and up nearly 24% compared to the first quarter of 2024.
