I couldn't find the hours posted anywhere or any contact info to find out. I would think 10:00 am - 4:00 pm M - F, 1155 Battery.

San Francisco’s Levi’s Vault has briefly opened its doors for a special exhibition tracing more than a century of jeans across stages, red carpets, and rehearsal rooms. From Freddie Mercury’s 501s to Beyoncé’s Swarovski-studded jackets, and Britney and Justin’s all-denim moment, the exhibition shows how denim shaped music and style.

Levi’s historian Tracey Panek guides visitors through these cultural footprints, revealing both the iconic and the unexpected. The Vault at 1155 Battery Street runs through December 18, with free admission.

One of the most fascinating corporate archives in the world is celebrated in Levi Strauss & Co.’s The Vault, located in the lobby of its San Francisco headquarters. For our third project with Levi’s, West Office designed innovative displays and exhibits that showcase the company’s remarkable collection of historic clothing, photographs, films, posters, advertising materials and artifacts—some dating back to the mid-1800s.

Exhibits challenge visitors to date a 501® jean, invite them to take a photo in front of a giant glowing Levi’s button, and browse through a revolving closet of historic clothing. But The Vault is not just for the visiting public. The company’s designers also use the archives for inspiration and new product ideas.
